Minor update v4.4: Genome model extensions

Version 4.4 offers many exciting extensions to the genome model: genomes and sub-genomes can encode repetitive structures, two new cell types are introduced (reconnector and detonator cells), and neural networks can be equipped with different activation functions. In addition to two new visualization modes ('Cell state' and 'Genome size'), the genome editor features an improved preview (e.g. markers for start, end, and replicator cells) and a mass-editing function for cell colors.
